STILLDREAM: Survival Guide 2010 (print this out and use it as a check list)

Welcome back Stilldreamers! Here’s a list we have compiled to help you get ready for this years Anniversary Reunion. Please feel free to add to it. This is just a few guidelines to help you have more of an enjoyable experience while you’re with us this weekend.

A. Tent (Remember if you are purchasing a new one, unpack at home to avoid unwanted garbage coming with you while you’re at Stilldream) *Also this year we are a little more limited on space. Please help conserve space for other Stilldreamers by optimizing what you have.

B. Sleeping Bags, Blankets, Pillows

C. Bug Repellent / Sunscreen – A must this year!

D. Water (Please feel free to bring jugs / refillable bottle (non glass) to fill up at one of our several water locations, plenty of free spring / well water)

E. Food (3 days = hungry people some idea’s – Fresh Fruit, Veggies, chips, snacks).

* REMEMBER When packing please only bring what you need, If you are bring a box of crackers leave the box at home and just bring the bag to help cut down on waste.

F. NO BBQ's / Camping Stoves – Unfortunately because of the area we are in this year and the high risk of fire, there is a NO open flame, bbq and camping stove rule. We've thought long and hard about how to go about this situation and have come up with that we will be providing an area to plug in hot plates, electric woks and hot water boilers, as well as an area to wash your dishes and pots and pans. This is something we are working with the land owner and the county on and appreciate your ability to adapt to this type of circumstance that we aren't always accustomed to.

G. Also please no cooking of Beef or Pork on the property. This is a sanctuary for many to come to, meditate and enjoy, because of their beliefs we have been asked to not cook beef or pork this year. Chicken and Fish are ok. Look at this as an oppurtunity to expand your pallet, we cant wait to see all the great ideas you come up with!

G. Plenty of Ice - You’re going to be there for 3 days, make sure you have enough to keep everything cool while you’re there

H. Flash Lights – It can get dark at night so don’t forget this necessity.

I. Warm and Cold Clothes – it’s going to be warm during the day so bring some gear to get wet in, and at night it can be chilly.

J. Fun Stuff – Super Soakers, Beach Balls, Hula Hoops, Poi, Frisbee’s, Yoga Mats, sketch pads, whatever fun stuff you can think of.

K. Extra Toilet Paper – The bathrooms will be stocked, but you never now always good to be prepared

HAVE AN AWESOME STILLDREAM CAMPOUT!!! WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU OUT UNDER THE STARS!
