As well as music and visual art, we will be offering workshops to satisfy the soul while you take a break from dancing, such as guided meditation, yoga, and other activities. We aim not only to please the ears, but please the soul, and become a fully immersive experience.


Jean Millay – Guided Meditation and Talk about her new book!
Jean Millay is the author of “MULTIDIMENSIONAL MIND: Remote Viewing in Hyperspace,” and co-editor of “Silver Threads: 25 Years of Parapsychology Research” with Beverly Kane, M.D., and Dean Brown, Ph.D. For thirty-five years she was involved in psi research and the study of consciousness, and for six years was president of the Parapsychology Research Group in San Francisco . She has participated in most of Dr. Ruth-Inge Heinze’s 22 annual conferences on “The Study of Shamanism and Alternate Modes of Healing,” publishing articles in that journal about the use of trance states for age regression and for exploring past-life-like experiences.



Dawon Washington - Book Talk and Readings

Kelly D- Energy Work Workshop
Kelly is a second year student at the School of Esoteric Healing in Winston-Salem , NC where he is learning the principles of energy healing and vibrational therapies as it relates to the chakras and human energy field. He is also a certified Anusara Yoga instructor, DJ, Promoter, and all around good guy.  His talk will delve into the chakras (centers of consciousness) and include rather illuminating stories concerning disease and how intricately connected our minds and bodies really are.

Mary Haines - Yoga Class (Main Stage)
This yoga class is aimed at training the consciousness for a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility. Bring your yoga mat.


Body Painting
Body painting, face painting and body airbrushing for all ages. Free.

Juliana-Henna
Henna is regarded as having “Barakah,” or blessings, and is applied for luck as well as joy and beauty. Free Henna offered by our resident Henna artist, Miss Juliana.

Juliana Pfeffer & Heather Takemori - West African Class
Beginning class to introduce West African dance to everyone.  This class involves Divination. Divination is receiving information by interpreting messages from spirits or other supernatural forces. This ritual allows a person to directly communicate with a god and be given their wisdom. It is an avenue of communication between the spirit world and that of the living.

Genny- Hooping Class
This is a class for hoopers of all levels to take some time to advance their skills and have a great time doing it! If you love being surrounded by aspiring hoopers and great music then this is the class you should take the time to become a part of!


Erik - Poi Class –
Learn to spin Poi. Bring your glow sticks on strings or practice poi.  We’ll have some extras. So come on down and spin Poi. Special fire spinning demonstration after class.

Slack lining 101 - Jason Giordano
It looks like tight rope walking, but slack lining is a fun new sport.  Perfect for yoga students, climbers, and all sport enthusiasts. Learn how to set up a line safely, how to protect the trees, and gain balance and work core muscles.
