CHERISH AN ARNIE BENSON BENEFIT JUNE 19, 2010 SAN FRANCISCO

Arnie Benson was more then the head security guard for Stilldream Gathering he was a member of our Family. Since the Stildlream 4 Year Anniversary in 2004 Arnie greeted Stilldreamers at the front gate with a big smile and a warm welcome. He will be greatly missed this year but we can honor his memory together this weekend at Cherish.

We gather on this night to honor an amazing man whose heart and voice was deeply embedded in this scene. Arnie Benson was a kind soul who was often the rock of many events. For countless years he selflessly dedicated himself to the survival and prosperity of our scene. On June 19th we will join together in remembrance of Arnie, to say thank you for his endless support, dedication, and love. His spirit will live on in us always, and these memories we will forever CHERISH.

This event is not just for those of us that knew Arnie; it’s for everyone that has attended a bay area event, or for anyone that shares the same passion for the bay area scene or scene as a whole that our dear friend Arnie did. Please come out and help us celebrate his life and all the contributions that Arnie gave to the scene.
