STILLDREAM: Survival Guide
Welcome
back Stilldreamers! Here’s a list we have compiled to
help you get ready for this years Anniversary
Reunion. Please feel free to add to it. This is just a few guidelines to help
you have more of an enjoyable experience while you’re with us this weekend.
- No Large RVs / Buses / lowered cars (Drive safely and slowly (5mph) once you get
onto the back roads to ensure your safe arrival).
- No firearms or weapons of any kind.
- ABSOLUTELY No pets of any kind.
- Promoters MUST check in at
the front gate, promoting without permission can lead to ejection from
this event.
- Please
bring all of your camping needs. Use this as a check list:
A. Tent (Remember
if you are purchasing a new one, unpack at home to avoid unwanted garbage coming
with you while you’re at Stilldream)
B.
Sleeping Bags, Blankets, Pillows
C.
Bug Repellent /
Sunscreen
D.
Water (Please feel free to bring jugs / refillable bottle
(non glass) to fill up at one of our several water locations, plenty of free
spring / well water)
E.
Food (3 days = hungry people some idea’s – Fresh Fruit, Veggies,
stuff to grill, chips, snacks). * REMEMBER When packing please only bring what
you need, If you are bring a box of crackers leave the box at home and just
bring the bag to help cut down on waste.
F.
Plenty of Ice - You’re going to be there for 3 days, make sure you
have enough to keep everything cool while you’re there
G.
Flash Lights – It can get dark at night so don’t forget this
necessity.
H.
Warm and Cold Clothes – it’s going to be warm during the day so bring some
gear to get wet in, and at night it can be chilly.

Fun Stuff
– Super Soakers, Beach
Balls, Hula Hoops, Poi, Frisbee’s, Yoga Mats, sketch pads, whatever fun stuff
you can think of.

Extra Toilet Paper – The bathrooms will be
stocked, but you never now always good to be prepared

BBQ / Camping Stove –
This is good in case you need to make
that 3AM Veggie Burger before you hit the hay.
L.
Swimming Hole Stuff – River Shoes / Water
Sox (shoes to get wet), Floatie Devices, Sunscreen,
Beech Towel to dry off, a chair to relax in.
- This is a pack it in, pack it out event. Which means if you bring it in, it’s your
responsibility to take it home. So please
bring garbage bags and items that don’t cause much waste. This is VERY important so leave
no trace! Don’t forget to help your neighbors too.
- Please observe the fire rules.
- No open fires or Camp Fires,
This is a dry season for this region so please help us keep the forest
safe, as well as everyone attending.
- Cigarette Butts! DO
NOT throw them on the ground or in the Swimming hole. This is
high fire season so please put them out in of the designated cans, or on
the ground and put them in a baggy in your pocket.
- Swimming Hole - This concrete swimming hole is a great place to go chill out
during the day. The concrete is not smooth and is
fairly rough. Highly suggested that you bring some River shoes, or water
sox to wear while swimming. The pool varies in depth from from 5ft – 15ft. Please be careful and swim at your
own risk. Pool hours are from 10am-9pm and will be closed at night. No
diving allowed.
- If
there is an issue with your bracelet staying on, or being too tight,
please come to the front gate and we will give you a new one, but don’t
take it off yourself.
- No Drugs of any kind / No Glass bottles / No Kegs!
- No bad Vibes. – Or
anything else that will detract from the overall fun of this event.
- No Renegade Sound Systems – Renegade sound systems will not be
tolerated, you will be shut down and kindly asked to leave the gathering.
